Retsu Unohana (oh ノ 花 烈, Unohana Retsu), formerly known as Yachiru Unohana (oh ノ 花 八千 流, Unohana Yachiru), was the captain of the fourth division in Gotei 13. The above quotes suggest that she somehow had a change of heart after joining Gotei 13 and founding the 11th Division, but somehow still showing her side.
